Deposit Guide

How easy is it to submit your archived and encrypted material? Simply drag it from your own computer to our Drag-and-Drop page. This intuitive feature makes uploading and organizing material quick and simple, with no extra steps required. Just drag, drop, and you’re done!

Collect escrow material

Collect the material in one or more directories (folders) and compress these folders into one file. This can be done, for example, with Winzip (Windows), 7zip or other compress tool or command like “tar”.

Always keep a copy of the deposit material for your own reference and subsequent update deposits.

Secure the material

Encrypt the archived escrow material with OpenPGP. We recommend GnuPG (The GNU Privacy Guard), this is a free implementation of the OpenPGP standard. Detailed instructions are available for:

Upload

Escrow material can be uploaded in the my.escrow365.com enviroment.

  1. Login to my.escrow365.com
  2. Select the right product or Escrow Agreement.
  3. Select the “Drop your files” tab and select “Start upload“.
  4. Now drag-and-drop your created and encrypted archive(s) of files.
  5. Wait until all files are uploaded.
  6. Optional add additional files, when all files are uploaded, choose “Close deposit“.
  7. That’s it!

Your upload will be processed and be visible in the “Deposits” tab within a couple of minutes.
